Guidelines
The UKAB certification mark signifies that an organisation meets the rigorous standards of the United Kingdom Accreditation Board. Adherence to these guidelines is mandatory for all certified entities.
The UKAB logo must be used as specified on the official website in the designated colours, shapes, and dimensions, always maintaining rational proportions.
Use of the UKAB logo requires prior written permission from UKAB, UK. The logo must not be used in any way that could cause misunderstanding about certification status.
Detailed information about using accreditation logos can be obtained directly from the accredited bodies or by contacting UKAB.
Companies may use the UKAB logo strictly for activities and areas that fall within their defined certification scope.
Certification bodies are encouraged to display the logo on their official websites, brochures, and certificates to demonstrate accreditation status.
The UKAB logo may be used independently or in combination with the logo of an accredited body, provided all other guidelines are observed.
The logo may appear on introduction materials, letterheads, labels, documents, and written declarations on certified products and goods.
The UKAB logo must not be applied to or displayed on any vehicle under any circumstances.
Displaying the UKAB logo on flags, banners, or building exteriors is strictly prohibited.
Companies must immediately cease all use of the UKAB logo upon certificate expiration, cancellation, or withdrawal of their certification contract.
Using the UKAB logo or any likeness of it as a company logo or for any commercial branding purpose is strictly prohibited.
Certified companies are obligated to implement these guidelines for the full duration of their certification. Failure to comply may result in certificate suspension or cancellation of the certification contract.
